Meet Nagham Alobaidi
Before opening Timeless Tax & Accounting in 2020, Nagham built her experience working at several tax and accounting firms. She started Timeless Tax to offer something that is surprisingly hard to find: a tax professional who takes the time to explain. Clients regularly describe her as professional, patient and clear — someone who makes the tax process feel easy instead of stressful.
Nagham is fluent in Arabic and English. For many families, being able to ask questions about an IRS letter, a business decision or a first US tax return in their own language makes all the difference. She works with clients from many backgrounds, and every client gets the same careful, unhurried attention.

- Book a time. Schedule online or call (540) 479-1500. Tell us a little about your situation so we can prepare.
- Bring or send your documents. Visit our Fredericksburg office, or work with us remotely from anywhere in Virginia or another state. Our tax document checklist shows what to gather.
- We do the work and explain it. We prepare everything carefully, walk you through the results and answer your questions — in English or Arabic.
- We stay with you. If the IRS or Virginia Tax sends a letter later, or your situation changes, we are a phone call away.

Where we serve

Notary work and Form I-9 verification are the exceptions — those need you to visit the office in person with your ID.
